Seminar structure:

• Parallel NGO/civil society contexts Romania-Norway (collaborative debate);
• Dynamic presentation of 3 Romanian tools: board game, MOOC course, trainer's network and logistical support for NGOs (World Cafe method);
• Launching RePlan, the first board game for NGO strategic planning, in English and Norwegian (1 game for free to every participant!);
• Challenges and the future of innovation in NGO development and education in Romania, Norway and Europe (interactive debate);

All participants will receive 1 free copy of RePlan in English or Norwegian, the first board game for NGO strategic planning. The tool was launched in 2016 in Romanian and had instant success, being distributed in more than 250 organizations. At the end of the funding period, it became a main source of financing for the project as a social entrepreneurship initiative. Considering the large demand from our European partners, we decided to translate the game in English and Norwegian and make it available at a wider scale.

We invite you to apply to this seminar if:

• You work or volunteer in a Norwegian nonprofit organization;
• You are passionate about NGO education or increasing the capacity of your organization;
• You are interested in how other European countries are supporting their NGOs growth through education;
• You are willing to disseminate the information and knowledge gained during the seminar in your organization/community;
• You are fully commited for the whole duration of the seminar;

Logistics: Coffee break and snacks included. No accommodation, travel or other meals expenses will be covered.
 
Participation is free and funded by the NGO Fund in Romania through the EEA and Norway Grants.
