Center for Nonprofit Organizations Management
C’MON In Brief
C'MON supports hundreds of Romanian NGOs in becoming stronger and more capable of bringing positive change in the community. Let's find out how!

Our Mission

At the Young Initiative Association (AYI), our mission is to empower people through education. We do that through 3 main pillars of action: Social, Youth and NGO Development. At the Center for Nonprofit Organizations Management, part of AYI, we focus on empowering nonprofit organizations from Romania through education. We support hundreds of NGOs in increasing their organisational capacity and channeling their passion for a cause into tangible results and lives changed in the community.

What are we doing?

Board Game RePlan

The innovative board game RePlan supports NGOs in their strategic planning process, by combining fun with teambuilding, reflection and strategy planning. Available in Romanian, English and Norwegian.

Trainer’s Network

A network of volunteer trainers connects those who have the knowledge and skills with those who want to learn them, hundreds of Romanian NGOs benefiting from the workshops and trainings organised.

Online MOOC Course

An online MOOC course with over 2000 students on Sustainable NGO Management is supporting hundreds of NGOs throughout Romania, increasing accessibility to quality learning.

Free Meeting Room

NGOs benefit from a free meeting and training room for up to 20 people, fully equipped and in an ultra-central location of Bucharest, Romania. An NGO library is also provided with free access.

C'MON relies on donations, RePlan customers and occasional funding to continue its mission. As the EEA Grants funding ended in 2016, your contribution can be critical in offering quality education to hundreds of Romanian NGOs and in extension, to tens of thousands of people.
